We do our best to ensure all our products are shipped out bright and shiny and gay- however, if something arrives goofed up, or you accidentally ordered the wrong size?
No problem! You’ve got 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. We’ll be happy to provide you with an exchange or store credit!

1. Your name and order number
2. Photos (if applicable)
3. What the issue is

All products must be returned in their original packaging, and in re-sellable condition. (unwashed, no stains, pet hair, etc.)

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customer is responsible for return shipping.

In the event that an exchange is not available, we will provide you with store credit.

In the event that an order is shipped but never arrives at the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase, we'd be happy to re-ship the order or offer a refund.

Otherwise, because we are such a small business, we unable to offer refunds at this time.

We do, but it's quite limited! At present, we're only able to offer DDU International Shipping for a limited selection of countries.

DDU stands for “delivered duty unpaid”, which means that any packages shipped internationally from the United States may be subject to additional fees upon delivery, such as customs charges, duties, and/or taxes.
